SouthRidge Roofing Service plans every siding installation around proper moisture barriers, correct panel spacing, and material selection suited to Yonkers, NY's climate, completed by ISA-certified technicians.
New construction calls for a first-time siding installation, and many existing homes eventually reach a point where installing a new exterior system makes more sense than continuing to patch an aging one. That decision usually follows visible wear across large sections, or a desire to update a home's appearance and energy performance at the same time.
Our technicians walk you through that decision honestly, recommending installation only when it is genuinely the better path for your Yonkers, NY property.
A full installation includes removal of the old siding if applicable, inspection and repair of the sheathing underneath, proper moisture barrier installation, and correctly spaced panel or plank installation to manufacturer specification. These fundamentals are what actually determine how well a siding system performs over time.
We walk through material options suited to your home's style and budget, and provide a written scope.
